1. Overview

This policy explains what information Dramalista (“we”, “us”) handles when you use dramalista.com. You can browse and watch without an account.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, your name if you provide it, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Sign-in data: a session record that keeps you logged in, which lasts up to 30 days.
• API usage: if you have API keys, the keys' details and daily request counts for each key.
• Technical logs: our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can run and be protected from abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and accounts have no watch history.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To provide video downloads and API access to authorized users.
• To show you your usage and enforce rate limits.
• To keep the site running and prevent abuse.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We set one cookie, asa_session, which keeps you logged in and is only set when you log in. Your browser also stores your light or dark theme and your auto-next setting. These are functional only, and clearing your browser data removes them.

5. Who else is involved

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, which carry traffic to the site.
• Video providers. Episodes stream directly from each provider's servers, so those providers receive your IP address and browser details when you play a video. Their own privacy policies apply.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep account details until your account is deleted. Sessions expire after 30 days, and logging out ends your session.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy law. Revoke API keys from your dashboard at any time.

8. Children

Dramalista is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
