1. Agreement

By using dramalista.com (“Dramalista”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Dramalista.

3. The service

Dramalista is a catalog of vertical short dramas from third-party providers. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the service, and titles may become unavailable at any time.

4. Accounts

Keep your login details and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Download and API access is available only to users we authorize, and we may withdraw it at any time.

5. Content and ownership

Series, episodes, posters and related material belong to their providers and rights holders. Using Dramalista does not transfer any ownership or license except what is stated in these terms. The Dramalista name, logo and site design are ours.

6. Downloads

If we give you download access, you may use downloaded videos only for the purposes we have authorized, such as approved promotion of Dramalista. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not sell, re-host, edit in a misleading way, or pass off downloaded videos as your own.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-copy the catalog or videos, except through access we have granted.
• Get around access controls, rate limits or other security measures.
• Share your API keys or account with anyone else.
• Interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Third-party services

Videos are delivered by third-party providers, and some episodes may send you to a provider's own site. We are not responsible for their content or services.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on Dramalista infringes your rights, contact us with details of the work and where it appears, and we will review it. Use the contact details you were given when you received access to Dramalista.

10. Disclaimers

Dramalista is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or third-party content.

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled through good-faith negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels if needed.

14. Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Dramalista means you accept the updated terms.
